Villa Nettuno is situated in Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, a village occupying a strategic position on the hills of the Sorrento peninsula, dominating on one side the Gulf of Naples, and on the other the Gulf of Salerno. This recently built property is completely independent, and surrounded by 8000 sq. m of garden where the owner has maintained intact and enhanced the natural layout of the terrain, scattered with unusually-shaped white rocks which sometimes form natural sculptures, alternated with stretches of meadow which set them off. Guests may enjoy the exclusive use of a large 8 x17 m swimming-pool set in a panoramic position amidst these natural terraces, and commanding a spectacular view over the coast and the sublime peace of the countryside. The villa has been recently renovated and equipped with many modern comforts such as air-conditioning in the bedrooms and in the main living-room and safe deposit-box in the bedrooms, satellite TV, stereo with CD, PC with internet connection (Wireless), microwave oven, corner bar with fridge and a small wine-cellar. The furnishings are modern and are of very good taste. The nearest beach is 8 km away in the village of Nerano, Sorrento is 10 km away, Positano 20 and Pompei 35. Nearest town: Naples, distance: 60km.

GROUND FLOOR: large living-room with fireplace and access to panoramic terrace, bar corner with access to garden, kitchen with wood-burning oven and electric oven and two accesses to terraces situated on two sides of the house, dining room for 20 people, 1 bathroom with shower.

FIRST FLOOR: 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom and 1 single bed, and small walk-through-room with 1 single bed and bathroom with shower, access to private terrace, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower and access to private terrace.

STUDIO 1: (ground floor) living-room with sleeping area with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, bathroom with shower.
