The excursions are all operated in English. Costs of entrance fees, meals, drinks are not included unless otherwise stated. Different pick up points apply for each excursion. EU nationals are entitled to some discounts to National Archaeolgicai sites. Please take document copies. Acampora Travel reserves the right to cancel an excursion due to low operational numbers. The client can choose to receive a full refund, change to another excursion of the same value or change of date. Acampora Travel reserves the right to modify itineraries for circumstances beyond its control and without notice. We are not responsible for possible partial closing of Museums or possible changes of prices, including entrance fees. For excursions that include visits to religious sites we recommend a suitable dress code (covered shoulders and long trousers).
CONDITIONS:
1.Excursion rates are valid from April to October
2.The excursions are NOT private, but for groups;
3.Tips are at clients own discretion.
4.Pick up timing is arranged in order to reach (within the time limit) all the clients on the main meeting point of Sorrento Peninsula, Therefore no complaints will be accepted in case of delay due to city traffic, workers’ demonstrations, interrupted roads due to work in progress, and any other circumstances
beyond our control;
5.The Company is NOT responsible for any lost of personal belongings on the vehicles, also in case of bus changes during the excursions;
6.In case of any problems, clients should send a written complaint WITHIN 7 DAYS of THE DATE OF THE EXCURSION, in order to receive an exhaustive reply;
7.All the rates are subject to change due to increase of the following costs: fuel, local taxes, check point into the main touristic areas and so on;
8.REFUND FOR GROUP EXCURSIONS:
in case of cancellation within 3 days (7 days for private boats), there will not be ANY REFUND. In case of cancellation due to force majeure, clients are permitted to change the itinerary; change the date or cancel the excursion. The Cornpany is not responsible for unprogrammed closure of the sites NO REFUND will be allowed.
9. REFUND FOR PRIVATE BOAT SERVICES:
In high season (June to September) Cancellation or modification of Private boat service reservation that are made less than 3 days of the event, authorizes the Company to take 30% of the total price of the excursion as penalty.
