Ground Floor: A foyer leading into a fully equipped modern kitchen, powder room a 750 sq. ft. living/dining space with a table that seats 10 comfortably, ground floor double bedroom suite with small en suite den and bathroom with shower stall, access to your private spa with Swedish sauna and XL Jacuzzi with service bath including spa shower, a laundry room and access to sprawling lawns, garden and outdoor pool.

First Floor:  Independent entrance, large double bedroom suite with private sitting room including single sofa bed and bathroom with shower, two more double bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom - one with shower stall and one with bathtub, an expansive terrace that looks over the garden and you can see as far as Capri.

Second Floor: Two double bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom one with shower stall and the other with tub/shower, access to the  roof deck with breathtaking Capri views.
