Situated right on the beach of La Praia in Praiano (Amalfi Coast) and just a short distance from the centre, this house was built in the early twentieth century and is especially suited to young, active holiday makers thanks to its close proximity to the beach and to the many bars and small restaurants offering excellent fresh fish-based dishes and Neapolitan pizzas.
Casa La Praia is one of the fewest house in Amalfi Coast on the beach and a private parking. It is a very smart property with pool and an amazing view on the sea. The garden is well equipped with a barbecue area and a pizza oven.
The interior is are elegant with elegant tiles in a typical Vietri style and all the comforts (sat TV, air conditioning, a bath with Jacuzzi and sauna). There are: 2 double bedrooms, a living room and 2 bathrooms (one bathroom has the access on a terrace) a large and well-furnished kitchen. An outdoor kitchen is in the garden close to the pizza oven, ideal to have an open air dinner!
