The cooking class will be held in our large kitchen specially designed to make your holiday a perfect culinary experience. All dishes are prepared using the freshest ingredients, following traditional recipes passed down through many generation. Each cooking course take about 3 to 5 hours depending on the option selected. Each class is followed by either lunch or dinner based on the lesson's subject, accompanied by adequate wines, mineral water and limoncello.
