Villa Capri View is a wide old farmhouse, located in the area of Massa Lubrense, on Sorrento Coast, about 10 km from the centre of Sorrento and Amalfi Coast. The villa is close to Punta Campanella, the peak of the Sorrento peninsula, reachable by some paths, for pleasant walking in the nature. There the tradition holds that Ulysses passed by on his ship. The nearest beach is Marina del Cantone, at about 5 km from the property, while Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi and Massa Lubrense (4 km) are the nearest residential centres. The village of Termini is at a walking distance with, the bus station, a some shops and a coffee bar.
The property has one of the most amazing view on Capri Island, that seems to be like the background of a widest paint of Neapolitan painters from XVIII century. There you’ll see the same lovely view from the terraces and from some of the bedrooms of the property. The property is fully surrounded by some panoramic terraces and a delightful kitchen garden crossed by vine pergolas that open onto a charming landscape overlooking the sea. The outdoor is full of the typical plants of the Sorrento Coast: olive, lemon and orange trees, bougainvilleas and a wide range of Mediterranean flowers.
On the widest terrace there’s the private 4 m x 5 m swimming-pool with hydro-massage in an unusual pentagonal shape. The pool area is equipped by umbrella deck chairs and sun-beds. A terrace close to the entrance is equipped by 2 tables for open air dinners, umbrellas, a typical table football and a barbecue.
The Villa has been recently renovated, preserving its rustic style, with finely furnished and equipped with all comforts: satellite TV, washing-machine, dishwasher, telephone and CD player, fire place, wood-fired oven. The house has made up of 2 levels. On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace and dining area with access to the terraces, a kitchen with access to a terrace, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. On the first Floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with access to panoramic terrace, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with bathtub.
In the garden there are: a studio with a large living-room with sofa bed and an access on the kitchen garden, a corner kitchen with dining area, 1 small single bedroom, a bathroom with shower; a dependance with a wide veranda-living room with sofa (closed with glass windows and with good view), a dining area, dining-room, a kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom with bunk-beds, 1 bathroom with shower. A new annex with 2 bedrooms (a twin with bunk beds and a double bedrooms) with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower is now available on request. The dependences are heated by electric stoves.
