Villa Paola – Positano – Amalfi Coast

Positano is a dream for every visitor. Marked by it's incredible views, cliff hanging buildings stacked on top of each other, winding ally ways and steep stair cases it is a place that must be experienced. All around the village you will come across lemon trees, dripping with fruit, olive groves, the freshest seafood and artist painting the scenery. There are numerous restaurants and stores for fabulous local dishes and shopping for the latest Italian fashions. By boat or car you can visit the nearby villages of Amalfi, Praiano and Ravello, all with their own spectacular views.

Beautiful Villa Paola in the heart of Positano is located between the districts of  Fornillo and Punta Reginella. What sets this area and this villa apart is the breathtaking view from the terraces that sweeps clear across the Mediterranean from high above sea level. Here you can enjoy a morning cappucino, dine for any meal or simply enjoy the sun and citrus scents of the Mediterranean from a lounge chair. Next to this terrace this is a smaller covered terraced as well.
Indoors the property has been recently renovated and sits above main street and just a few minutes walk from both the main beach of Positano as well as the area's most intimate beach, Fornillo. From the terrace you enter into a comfortable living area sectioned into three room divided by arches, each with ample seating. One area has a large corner couch that hugs the curvature of the building and sits beneath a large picture window looking out again to the sea. The couch itself can seat 14 comfortably and opens to a bed to sleep two.
Also extremely notable is the villa's impressive kitchen. Beloved by home cooks and entertainers it has expansive counter space, high ceilings with exposed wood, a huge eat in table and all the appliances an experienced chef might need. In addition there is a wood burning oven for pizza making as well as a charcol grill.
The upstairs bedrooms are accessed through the living area by a stunning marble staircase. All three bedrooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated with antiques and tastes of the real Mediterannean. The first is a double room  with a private bathroom with shower and a small terrace. The second and third rooms are also doubles and share a bathroom in the hallway with double sinks, shower and bathtub. There is one guest bathroom on the first floor.

Villa Paola is equipped with all comforts including air conditioning in bedrooms, ceiling fan in the living room, satellite TV, wifi internet connection, stereo, dishwasher, oven, wood oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, refrigerator Wine, barbecue, toaster, coffee maker, washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, covered parking for cars.
