More than a fully fledged school is a tasting demonstration of handmade gelato. What the Gelateria David wants to offer its guests is a demonstration on the preparation of craft gelato. The lesson takes about 1 hour approx. during which Mario will explain what ingredients and what techniques to use to have a good handmade gelato. At the end of the demonstration, participants will be invited to taste the produce of the moment and will also be able to choose between the various flavors of daily production in the exhibition window.

Explanation of how to make:

• Fresh Fruit Sorbet and Cream based Gelato
• Gelato with or without a machine
• Limoncello, including the recipe

The Tour include:

• A cup of gelato made during the tour
• Certificate of Participation including the recipies
• A cone or cup of Gelato chosen from the daily flavours
